This course will teach you to cook a few wholesome and classic vegetarian dishes from India. ​Menu Dosai The Dosai is a South Indian crepe and is rich in carbohydrates and proteins. It Is a great dish for people with gluten intolerance's. Onion Bhaji Our aim is to make the perfect Onion bhaji. It should not be too big and stodgy or too small and dry. The perfect bhaji should be light, crispy and Moorish nuggets of vegetarian deliciousness. Daal and Vegetable Stew A hearty and wholesome vegetarian dish from our head chef's childhood.
