Dates - on request
Price per person, land only: £750 when sharing, £1,075 solo travellers
Day 1
Meeting point: The Cook's Tale Restaurant, Canterbury for domestic travelers. Airport pick-ups are available for international travellers the day before.
We will depart Canterbury by 9:30 am. With two rest stops along the way, we plan to reach our first Welsh experience by 2:30 pm.
We'll start with a distillery tour and gin tasting, followed by a BBQ-style meal featuring local Black Welsh Lamb.
Afterwards, we'll head to our accommodation for a relaxing evening with light refreshments available.
Day 2
After breakfast, we'll visit the 'Smokery' for some supplies and a sampling of locally smoked products before trying our hand at bread making. With our treats in hand, we'll proceed to a local vineyard for a brief tour and wine tasting, followed by a short hike to a castle with a view for a leisurely picnic.
Upon returning to our accommodation, you'll have ample time to relax before enjoying a four-course tasting menu with paired wines.
Day 3
Post-breakfast, we'll head to Cardiff for a castle and food tour. You'll have some free time in the beautiful city of Cardiff to walk off your meal.
It will be a tiring day, so you'll have the option to unwind at the accommodation or visit the local village pub to end the day.
